Weddings

The ground floor has three reception rooms, in which the largest number we can cater for is 90. Alternatively, larger parties can be organised in a marquee on the lawn. We have two reception rooms licensed to hold a Civil Marriage Ceremony.

After a booking has been confirmed, cancellation must be made in writing. We will require your approximate guest list at least one month prior to your function and the final guest list and table plan, on which the invoice will be based, on week before.

In addition to your wedding reception, we will be happy to arrange an informal buffet for an evening party. The Howard Room has a fully stocked bar and dancing can be held in the Holderness/Atherley Rooms or alternatively in our Grand Hall. We can provide live entertainment and/or disco on your behalf.

A chargeable bar extension may be applied for until 12 midnight with half an hour 'drinking up' time. All guests will be requested to vacate Landguard Manor premises at this time.

For the benefit of our customers, we operate a non-smoking policy at Landguard Manor.
